Accounting Manager English speaking (AKK )

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee and lead all financial and accounting operations across two affiliated companies. This role requires a strong command of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional coordination, with a key focus on internal controls and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and monthly/year-end closing

• Supervise and mentor a small accounting team (1 AP, 2 AR staff)

• Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements

• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements

• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies

• Monitor internal controls and propose efficiency improvements

• Prepare tax filings (VAT, WHT, SSO), and manage accounting software (Express)

• Assist with transitioning to a new accounting system scheduled for mid-2025

• Support the parent company’s reporting obligations related to Japan listing standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field

• CPD license is mandatory

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or food-related industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience using Express software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

• Good communication skills in both Thai and English (Upper-Intermediate level)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with listed company reporting or audit experience

• Background in retail or food production sectors is a plus

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop team members

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
