Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge applications and services Zentry’s vision.
• Take ownership of product features end-to-end: from ideation and prototyping through to release and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with all related parties to develop and ship high quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in TypeScript, JavaScript, and/or other relevant languages.
• Proactively suggest architecture improvements and new technologies, balancing time-to-market with code perfection.
• Stay current with crypto and AI trends, leveraging them in product and technical roadmaps to keep Zentry at the forefront.
• Consistently uphold Zentry’s product quality and engineering standard, performing code reviews, investing in observability, and automated testing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with a proven track record of building high-performance applications.
• Strong understanding of product narrative in the gaming, crypto space, and AI.
• High ownership and entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable taking initiative with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated strength in rapid problem-solving and a willingness to learn new tools, and technologies quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, lean, and highly collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DApp development, smart contracts, or blockchain fundamentals.
• Contributions to open-source projects in Web3, gaming, or AI communities.
• Familiarity with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• For Principal level: a history of leading technical architecture, mentoring teams, and scaling production systems.
