IoT Project Leader

Lead a team of engineers in the development, deployment, and maintenance of IoT-based solutions. Drive innovation, ensure technical excellence, and align IoT initiatives with business objectives. Provide strong technical leadership while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support successful IoT solution delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IoT projects from planning through execution, including requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, and operational support
• Supervise and mentor team members to support professional development and performance improvement
• Oversee technology selection and architecture design to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales and Planning to align technical solutions with business requirements
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend strategic adoption opportunities
• Ensure quality assurance, cybersecurity compliance, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with IoT technologies, including sensors, connectivity, cloud platforms, and edge computing
• Project management experience with strong understanding of project delivery processes
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience, preferably leading teams of 10 or more engineers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to read and communicate technical information in English; TOEIC score of 600 or above is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with IoT platforms such as Google Cloud IoT
• Knowledge of manufacturing industries and smart factory environments
