Service Operation Manager
Manage Service Operations
Oversee daily service operations and ensure work is completed on time and to high standards
Monitor team performance and technician utilization to improve efficiency
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Lead and Develop the Team
Manage, coach, and support service team members
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback
Identify training needs and help team members grow
Build a strong team culture with ownership and accountability
Drive Performance & Cost Control
Manage resources (people, tools, equipment) to meet business targets
Monitor work progress, expenses, and overall performance
Support invoicing and follow up on payments with Finance
Ensure smooth coordination with suppliers and service providers
Deliver Great Customer Experience
Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Build strong relationships with key customers
Support problem-solving and root cause analysis
Monitor service quality and continuously improve processes
Support Business Growth
Support rental service activities such as preventive maintenance planning
Track performance to ensure alignment with business goals
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
At least 5 years of experience in service operations or related work
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Good command of English (both spoken and written)
Able to work both independently and in a team
Experience with SAP is a plus (SQL is an advantage)
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Willing to travel upcountry / visit customer sites.
