In the 1950s, Ziehl-Abegg established the basis for modern fan drives: external rotor motors which even today are still seen as state-of-the-art worldwide. Another area of business is electric motors which provide the power, for example, for elevators, medical applications (computer tomography equipment) or deep-sea underwater vehicles.

As of the steadily increasing demand for Ziehl-Abegg products and resulting expansion we are looking for our Thailand based ventilation production facility in Amata City/Rayong for a Controlling Assistant.

Responsibilities and key tasks:

• Assisting in reporting, data preparation on efficiency, budget, investments, missing order confirmations, expenses.

• Assisting in calculation, data preparation on standard price.

• Assisting in monitoring of Expense data, average price development, indirect material procurement.

• Assisting in training in Thai language on procurement software for indirect material purchase.

• Assisting in communication with email or meeting in Thai language with other departments for data related issues.

• Oral presentation of task results.

• Data collecting for various reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, accounting or similar.

• Clear understanding about the job of a Controller.

• Strong communication skills, speaking and writing.

• Good command of English language – in speaking, reading and writing.

• Good understanding of a database application.

• Very good understanding of teamwork and communication in a team environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer literate.
