Job Summary

The Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor is responsible for supporting maintenance activities related to production, process improvement, and technical problem-solving. This role ensures efficient operations, maintains machine always good condition, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Breakdown Maintenance

• Diagnosing and fixing both mechanical and electrical issues in equipment / machine

• Lead to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

• Learning & Reflection problem to prevent re-occurrence and improve quick repair

2. Preventive / Predictive Maintenance

• Set up & Improve Preventive maintenance plan

• Spare part management with appropriate cost and timing

• Lead to Preventive maintenance with appropriate resources

3. Utilities / Facilities

• Maintain & improve machine utilities condition

• Quick troubleshooting with Accurate point of problem

• Lead to Preventive maintenance with appropriate resources

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• 1–10 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing (fresh graduates are welcome for junior roles)

• Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing is an advantage

• Proficiency in PLC Programming & Modification

• Experience in Hydraulic circuit of Injection Machine is a plus

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement tools is a plus

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Good communication skills in English
