Sales Engineer (Chemical - 1 Year Contract)

Job Description:

• Provide cleaning and disinfection solutions for manufacturing environments, covering both sales and service support for new and existing customers
• Develop disinfection plans and programs by evaluating customer processes and procedures and recommending improvements
• Monitor sales performance of existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities within the assigned area
• Provide product and industry consultations to support customer objectives related to plant sanitation, safety, quality, and operational efficiency
• Working schedule: 5 working days with 2 days off (flexible working hours)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, brewing, beverage, protein, or dairy industries; or at least 3 years of technical sales experience within manufacturing or maintenance environments in food, beverage, or dairy industries
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive

Compensation:

• Base salary + commission + mobile phone allowance.
• Company car available for those who hold a driver’s license but do not have a personal vehicle.
• For personal vehicle use, depreciation and fuel allowance will be provided.
