Marketing Executive

The opportunity

Go Together Travel Company Limited is looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing impactful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our travel business.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and direct marketing (Tiktok, Facebook, Line Official, Website)

2. Build and Mannge the company's CRM system to enhance customer relationships and improve retention

3. Analyse customer data and market trends for outbound travel to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, SEM, Sales, Operation, Graphic Designer) to create and deliver engaging content that resonates with our target audience

5. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition

What we're looking for

1. At least 1-3 years of experience in a marketing or customer relationship management (CRM) role, preferably within the travel industry

2. Interested in outbound travel with extensive knowledge of various destinations

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and direct marketing tactics

4. Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis tools to generate insights and drive decision-making

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions that captivate our customers

7. A results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently to achieve marketing objectives

8. Strong understanding basic code HTML or Manage WordPress Website (if)
