Head of Finance & Accounting

Job responsibility

·        Drive the company’s financial planning and provide executive leadership in evaluating short and long-term strategic financial objectives.

·        Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance financial performance and capitalize on new business opportunities.

·        Ensure the company operates within an efficient capital regime, ensuring all product launches meet profitability and capital consumption guidelines.

·        Lead and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions.

·        Manage the processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, and the preparation of all financial reporting.

·        Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statement closings.

·        Report comprehensive financial information to the Board of Directors and approve all financial reports.

·        Perform rigorous risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.

·        Analyze cash flow, cost control, expenses, and full financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L) to pinpoint areas for operational improvement.

·        Plan, implement, and manage strategic investment initiative

·         Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the Finance & Accounting team to foster professional growth and high performance.

·        Act as the primary liaison for external parties, including auditors, the Revenue Department, financial advisors, and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with strong exposure in strategic financial management and business partnering.

·        Proven experience working in Manager Level or Head of Financial & Accounting or equivalent executive-level finance leadership role.

·        Previous experience in Listed Companies or leading IPO projects is a significant advantage.

·        Previous experience in external audit firms is preferred, especially candidates with background from audit firms.

·         Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Consumer Products industry is highly preferred.

·        Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen.

·        Experience in ERP systems such as SAP is highly preferred.

·        Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is an advantage.

·        Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

·        5 Day working (Monday-Friday)
