Job Title: Sales Specialist (Sales Representative: Sales & Marketing Department)

Salary: 32,000-38,000THB (Negotiable)

Minimum Education:
 Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Language/Marketing/International Business/Business Administration or equivalent.


Job Description:

·        Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

·        Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

·        Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

·        Align with GSMN team’s sales planning and progress to provide timely decision support.

·        Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

·        Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

·        Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

·        Drive the shipping plan to ensure timely deliveries and process customer’s orders, plan and schedule deliveries and prepare shipping documentation and billing.

·        Ensure documentation compliance with quantity, delivery date, and customer orders.

·        Coordinate with internal partners, customers, and shipping forwarders.

·        Responsible for liaising with external parties i.e. suppliers, shipping forwarders when necessary/required.

·        Assist the sales team with any proceeds and prepare documents.

·        Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and to ensure Sales department smooth operation.

·        Perform all other duties, activities, and responsibilities that the superior may assign whenever necessary from time to time.

·        Other ad hoc assignments.


Job Requirement:

·        Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry /Language / Business administration or equivalent.

·        Skilled in using ERP system and Power BI for data analysis and visualization, enabling decision-making optimization and performance tracking

·        Preferably with at least 3 years’ experience in sales or related fields.

·        Self-motivated, resourceful, systematic, proactive, prudent, forceful, confident, thoughtful, flexible, and open-minded.

·        Team player with a customer-oriented attitude.

·        Able to multi-task and has a good learning attitude.

·        Good communication and management skills.

·        Must be good or fair in English communication

·        Mandarin is an advantage. (Candidates good or fair in Mandarin preferred)
