Credit Manager (English speaking only)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for credit approval for used car hire purchase financing, comprehensively assessing the borrower's repayment ability, credit history and collateral value, and formulating credit proposals based on risk evaluation results.
Perform in-depth analysis of bank statements, tax records, NCB credit reports, etc., to evaluate income stability and repayment capacity; review vehicle appraisal reports to verify valuation reasonableness, residual value stability and adequacy of collateral security.
Identify and block fraud risks by verifying the authenticity of applicant and vehicle information through internal systems, credit checks, telephone verification, third-party data platforms and other channels.
Participate in dealer onboarding and tiering management strategies, identify high-risk dealers and improve the quality of dealer loan submissions.
Establish, revise, and optimize credit reviewing SOPs, operation manuals and review standards; analyze process bottlenecks and propose improvement plans to enhance approval efficiency; design and optimize working papers, risk rating benchmarks, investigation report templates and other tools.
Regularly monitor the risk performance of the loan portfolio, identify early warning signals of delinquency and non-performing loans, and put forward recommendations for risk disposition or credit policy adjustments.
Comply with internal credit policies, compliance requirements and external regulations; cooperate with audit inspections and supervise the team to maintain complete and standardized credit files.
Collaborate with sales, post-loan monitoring & collections, legal, product and other teams to provide professional credit review insights and recommendations on anti-fraud measures and problem loans.
Continuously track trends in Thailand's auto finance industry, used and new energy vehicle market dynamics, regulatory changes and emerging fraud tactics, and adjust credit review strategies in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidates we are looking for should be experience Credit Manager with:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields; candidates with extensive relevant work experience may be considered flexibly.
Minimum of 5 years of credit approval experience within a bank, financial leasing company, or comparable financial institution.
Proficient in corporate or retail credit risk assessment and financial analysis, with sound knowledge of auto loan risk identification.
Strong analytical and judgment skills, with the ability to independently make sound and prudent credit decisions on complex and high-risk cases.
Strong professional ethics, compliance awareness and integrity.
Proficient in office software and common financial analysis tools; prior experience with credit review systems is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
