Sr. IT Application Support

Main Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users in the front, middle and back office.

• Analyze and propose improvements to business processes, system performance and data reduce manual processes and increase automation

• Provide hands-on application support for mission critical systems pertaining to:

  • Order to Cash Process

  • Procure to Pay Process

  • Supply Chain / Planning

  • Manufacturing

  • closely with other departments in the implementation of process improvements

• Provide user application and process training

• Make critical decisions in the areas of analysis and problems solving

• Manage third party vendors
  

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, MIS, or a related field is required 

• 5+ years’ experience as ERP Consultant (Oracle , SAP is an advantage)

• Knowledge in Manufacturing/Production Processes such as BOM, Routing, MS/MRP, Forecasting, Shop or Work Order and Costing is an advantage

• Knowledge in Production planning/Material planning/Supply Chain is an advantage

• Knowledge of the SQL syntax

• Requires experience with MS Office tools

• Knowledge in ISO 9001 / GMP / PIC/S is an advantage

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on root cause analysis

• Requires ability to handle multiple tasks
