Job Description:
- Manage import and export shipments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure shipments comply with local and international trade and customs regulations for both Free Zone and General Zone
- Review and maintain shipping documents in coordination with customs brokers
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses, customs brokers, and internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and resolve logistics-related issues
- Work closely with 3PL warehouses to track shipments and ensure accurate stock records
- Review logistics-related billing and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payments
- Maintain shipping documentation and provide required data and documents for audits
- Submit original export documents to banks on time for collection
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Import & Export, or Logistics, with a focus on operational support
- Good command of English, particularly in reading and writing
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage
