About the role

As the Marketing Manager at Pool Tables (Thailand) Co., Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy and initiatives. This full-time position is based in Bangkok's Bang Na district, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of this leading provider of premium pool tables.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services

2. Overseeing the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, including website content, social media campaigns, and advertising materials

3. Analysing market trends and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies

4. Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives

5. Measuring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to continually optimise efforts

6. Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources

7. Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably within the consumer goods or retail industry

2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful, integrated marketing campaigns across various channels

3. Proficiency in market research, data analysis and campaign performance tracking

4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders

5. Creativity and strategic thinking to identify innovative marketing solutions

6. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies

7. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
