Our client, a Top-tier Global Freight Forwarder with an extensive network across Asia and North America, is significantly expanding their Bangkok operations. We are looking for talented logistics professionals to join their high-performing team.
The Role:
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of Junior/Senior CS staff. Act as the primary escalation point for key accounts and oversee operational excellence.
Requirement:
5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding with proven leadership or supervisory skills.
Solid knowledge of shipping cycles, Incoterms, and industry workflows.
Native Thai; Good command of English
