What you'll be doing :

• Monitor and analyze sales performance of each branch to support planning and drive sales achievement in line with company targets.

• Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends.

• Collect and analyze market, competitor, and consumer behavior data to improve merchandising and sales strategies.

• Plan and manage product allocation to meet the demand of each branch appropriately.

• Monitor product displays in stores to improve the operational efficiency and sales performance of each branch.

• Analyze the potential and characteristics of each branch area to support sales growth and business development.

• Monitor sales trends and plan product replenishment to align with market demand.

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure more efficient merchandise management.

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong analytical skills.

• Able to travel and work at branch locations as required.

• Relevant working experience in related fields is preferred.

• Able to communicate in English at a working level.

• Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
