Job Summary
We’re looking for an After‑Sales Service Engineer to own technical support, service coordination, and warranty handling for our renewable energy / electrical products. You’ll be the bridge between customers and internal teams – from on‑site troubleshooting to driving root‑cause feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Technical Resolution
Respond promptly to post-installation inquiries, technical issues, and service requests via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product or system issues, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
Deliver solutions in compliance with SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Service Coordination & Case Management
Act as the central point of contact between customers and internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Engineering) to drive issue resolution.
Schedule and coordinate service visits, repairs, replacements, and inspections efficiently.
Track open cases from initiation to closure, ensuring proactive follow-up and customer confirmation of resolution.
Documentation & Data-Driven Improvement
Maintain accurate service records, case logs, warranty documentation, and repair histories.
Generate service reports, root-cause analyses, and actionable improvement recommendations.
Identify recurring technical issues and provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams.
Warranty & Claims Management
Process warranty claims, spare parts requests, and product replacements in line with company policies.
Verify warranty eligibility and coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers on escalated technical matters.
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
Propose and implement service process enhancements to boost efficiency and customer experience.
Conduct training sessions for customers, installers, and partners on product usage, maintenance, and safety.
Contribute to and update service manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge bases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
4 years or above experience in after-sales service, technical support, or field service, ideally within electrical, inverter, or renewable energy sectors.
Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, inverters, or renewable energy products.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
Experience with on-site service or field support assignments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
Good communication and interpersonal skills – fluent in English and Thai.
Customer-first mindset with a sense of ownership and service orientation.
Ability to prioritize multiple cases and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel for site inspections, installations, or emergency service support.
