Branch Setup & Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Expansion
Develop and execute branch expansion plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets related to construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
Coordinate with Newsite and Design teams to ensure project timelines, BOQ/specifications, and approvals are completed accurately and on schedule.
Support successful branch openings and expansion initiatives.
2. Maintenance & Operations
Implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs across all branches.
Oversee Corrective and Emergency Maintenance to ensure timely issue resolution within SLA standards.
Supervise maintenance operations, asset management, and cost control processes.
Ensure all facilities remain functional, safe, and compliant with company standards.
3. Quality Control & Standardization
Establish and maintain construction, design, and maintenance standards across all branches.
Develop and improve standard guidelines, checklists, and operational procedures.
Conduct inspections and quality assessments to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
4. Team Management & Development
Lead and manage teams related to Branch Setup, Maintenance, and Support functions.
Set clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Coach and develop team capabilities in project execution, quality control, and maintenance systems.
5. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
Prepare reports on branch expansion progress, maintenance performance, budgets, and operational costs.
Propose cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with management and Business Units to support business expansion strategies.Strategic thinking with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
