ICT Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support ERP systems, ICT servers, CMMS, and backup systems to ensure smooth and continuous operations

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and systems for end users

• Provide technical support and resolve user issues in a timely manner

• Perform program development, system enhancements, and maintenance tasks

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) Conduct user training and provide guidance on system usage
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Statistics, or related IT fields

• Knowledge of CMMS, ERP systems, and client-server architecture

• Experience in LAN/WAN network management and computer troubleshooting

• Others: Creative and analytical skills, proactive, good interpersonal skills, and fast learner
