Logistics Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare and process import-export/inbound and outbound documents.

• Audit shipping line documents, as well as Import and Export Entries, for accuracy.

• Verify and record HS Codes for all imported products intended for domestic sale.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and warehouse team and project teams regarding logistics-related tasks, cargo receipt and stock issuance.

• Manage and control transportation to ensure maximum efficiency and customs clearance expenses in accordance with established KPIs.

• Evaluate and monitor the performance of logistics service providers and vendors.

• Calculate landed costs for new product imports, including import duties, taxes, and other related fees.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (degree in a related field is a plus).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics (preferred).

• Experience in coordinating Import-Export operations with shipping agents in both Thailand and China, domestic inland transportation.

• Familiar and have experience in customs clearance licensing and certification are preferred, such as TISI, NBTC, and the Excise Department

• Proficient in English. (Chinese proficiency (HSK 4-5 or above) will be priority).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management..

• Strong communication and effective problem-solving skills.

• Proven ability to handle urgent operational issues.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Able to work in fast-paced work environment.

Work date: Mon. - Fri. (From. 08.30-09.00 To. 17.30-18.00)
