Reservation Supervisor – Reservation Office (Bangkok)

Pimalai Resort & Spa is seeking a highly experienced Reservation Supervisor to join our Reservation Office, based in Srinakarin Road, Suan Luang, Bangkok.

This is an office-based position in Bangkok and not located at the resort in Koh lanta Krabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Central Reservation team

• Manage room inventory, rate loading, and OTA channel management

• Monitor room availability, allotments, and yield strategies

• Handle complex booking requests, amendments, and VIP reservations

• Ensure accuracy in Opera PMS, Channel Manager, and OTA extranets

• Analyse pick-up reports, forecast trends, and occupancy performance

• Train and coach reservation agents to improve conversion and upselling

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of direct hotel reservation experience is required

• Proven experience using Opera PMS or equivalent hotel reservation system

• Strong knowledge of OTA management.

• Experience in rate management, inventory control, and yield strategy

• Prior supervisory experience in reservation department preferred

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
