If you want to be challenged and advance quickly, while making positive impacts, join us. We are expanding and looking for a Finance & Account Manager to shape the future of mobility from a financial perspective.

We are looking for a manager who can drive our business through finance, with a great understanding of technology and how to leverage it. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Drive our mobility business through financial perspective, actively engage with business, operation, product teams to identify potentials as well as area for improvements

• Eager to lead Finance & Accounting initiatives by integrating AI technology and optimizing processes through the use of AI tools.

• Lead finance and accounting operations including closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations

• Strengthen internal controls, improve processes and reporting systems, and support IPO readiness and scalability

• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and long-term growth

• Build and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, advisors, and other stakeholders

• Manage, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Finance / Accounting, preferably in startup or high-growth environment

• Solid knowledge of TFRS / IFRS, financial reporting, tax, and internal controls

• Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, and business partnering

• Successfully lead cross-functional projects and process improvement between the Accounting & Finance and other departments

• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively drive results under tight deadlines

• Well-organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills

• Passionate about continuous improvement, technology, and innovation in finance operations

• Exposure to IPO readiness / fundraising / audit is a strong plus

We are a transportation tech company with extensive experiences in both software and hardware.  Since the 2018 launch of MuvMi, we have served over 26 million trips with 800+ Electric Vehicles. With positive feedback from our pilot, we are rapidly expanding our service in Bangkok and many cities in Thailand.  We believe that we can change how people mobilize around cities in South East Asia.  We are looking for leaders and champions to help us grow.

We are a small (90+ people) and agile team.  We make things happen and are looking for similar entrepreneurial spirits to join our team.
