ความท้าทายafter 7 years, there's limited room for me to grow as the organization structure is very flat, and I am hitting the ceiling. I can do the job as it is my dream job, but feels less and less challenging to me, and I have to let my team grow to their fullest potential and become the next head of the team, while at the same time finding a new and meaningful role for myself to keep motivated.
