- Fast-Paced & High Volume Environment: With 20+ nationwide campaigns annually and frequent Grand Opening Events, timelines can be intense. This has sharpened my time management and prioritization skills.
- Complex Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborating with multiple departments (BD, Procurement, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.) can be challenging due to differing priorities, but it has taught me to communicate clearly, align stakeholders, and navigate corporate structures effectively.
- Managing marketing plans while the store network grows rapidly (1,000+ stores and counting) can feel overwhelming, but it has developed my ability to adapt quickly and think strategically at scale.
Constant Change: Frequent changes in market trends, consumer behavior, and internal structures require flexibility, which has enhanced my problem-solving.
