MIND Electronic Appliances is one of the four major auto parts subsidiaries of Great Wall Motors (GWM）of China.Founded in 1984, GWM is a world-renowned manufacturer of SUVs and pickup trucks. It has four major brands including Haval SUV, WEY luxury SUV, Euler electric vehicle, and Great Wall pickup truck. As of 2019, it has more than 80 holding subsidiaries, totalassets of 113 billion yuan, and more than 60,000 employees. In 2019, Great Wall Motors sold 1,058,648 new vehicles, a year-on-year increase of 1.43%, and sales exceeded one million for four consecutive years.At present, GWM headquarters is acquiring General Motors (Thailand) Limited, a company in Rayong Province, as the group's vehicle manufacturing plant covering ASEAN and radiating the Middle East and Europe markets. The two parties will complete the deliverywithin this year. Including our MIND, the four major component subsidiaries of Great Wall will all set up a Thai company to produce locally the components that are mainly used by GWM, and at the same time, they will also be supplied to other auto brands inthe future.The factory of MIND Thailand is located in Rayong Province, with about 800 employees in the early stage, more than 95% of the locals, mainly producing automobile wiring harness, air conditioner and front and rear headlights (LED headlights, laser headlights).
