Too many posters, catchy tag lines and managers out of their depth.สิ่งที่ประทับใจSome amazing colleagues
ความท้าทายExperience differs from one hotel to the next. They are very good at telling you what a great company they are to work for. It’s just a shame that your experience is directly related to your role or department. If you work in sales or in an office you probably think it’s great, if you work in an operational role you will be directly impacted by the declining revenue and profits of the hotels. No salary increases for years, combined with growing expectations of those on salaries. You will have too many meetings, often with contradictory agendas. One morning you’ll meet and talk about how to save payroll, then in the afternoon you’ll have another one about how to improve guest satisfaction. Money wins, you lose. Lots of managers in senior non operational roles with little to no understanding of the realities of working on the ground in the businesses they have cut back on.
