ความท้าทายOne of the initial challenges was adjusting to the different cultures and communication styles, as working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds required time and understanding. There was also a language barrier at the beginning, but over time, we were able to collaborate effectively and build good working relationships. Another aspect that could be improved is the office setup, as the workplace was located inside a warehouse, which felt different from the usual office environment I have experienced in most BPO companies. However, despite these challenges, everything eventually worked out well, and the overall experience remained positive and manageable.
