Production Engineer (Printing and Painting Process )

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary technical contact between Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams regarding painting-related topics.

Set up, trial, and fine-tune printing machine and printing robots to achieve optimum production conditions, minimizing defects and ensuring visual quality.

Lead and manage all technical aspects of the printing and painting process, from surface preparation to finished both process.

Quality & Color control: Ensure precise color matching, ink mixing, and printing quality to meet strict customer specifications.

Process Improvement: Monitor the production process, reduce waste (loss/scrap), and solve on-site technical issues effectively.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields.

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Production engineering, specifically in plastic printing and painting processes.

Must-Have Skill: Strong expertise in printing processes, color matching, and controlling color shades.

Experience with color control, adhesion testing, and paint durability evaluation.

Experience with automated painting systems, paint robot, and environmental control systems.

Strong leadership, problem-solving skill, and the ability to work under pressure.

Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Able to communicate effectively in English.
