HEAD OF SHOWROOM DESIGNER

ROLE OVERVIEW

Leads the Younique Showroom Design team in designing, planning and executing Built-in Showrooms across ILM branches. Responsible for setting showroom standards, driving interior design trends, and serving as pioneer group for testing new Built-in collections prior to launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor and manage the Showroom Designer team in Headquarter

• Set performance goals, conduct reviews and develop team capability

• Plan resource allocation and workload management for showroom projects

2. Showroom Design & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end showroom design — from concept development to on-site installation

• Execute Younique Built-in Showrooms in ILM stores to brand and design standards

• Ensure spatial planning, materials and product presentation align with brand identity

• Collaborate with Store Operations, Construction and Merchandising teams

3. Standard Setting & Trend Leadership

• Accountable for Defining Younique Showroom Design Standards across all branches

• Monitor global interior design trends and translate into showroom concepts

• Conduct regular audits to ensure brand consistency and quality

4. Built-in Expertise & Market Understanding

• Maintain deep expertise in Built-in systems, materials, configurations and manufacturing

• Stay current with Built-in market dynamics, supplier capabilities and technologies

• Act as internal subject matter expert for Built-in design across teams

5. Pioneer Group — New Collection Testing & Feedback

First-to-test group for all new Younique collections, covering:

• Design: Evaluate aesthetics, proportion and spatial design direction

• Program: Test configuration logic, ordering program and software usability

• Manufacturing: Assess installation, component quality and on-site assembly experience

• Submit structured feedback reports to Product team ahead of mass launch

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or higher in Interior Design, Architecture or related field

• Minimum 7 years in Interior Design, at least 3 years in leading role

• Proven track record leading a design team and delivering showroom/retail design projects

Skills & Competencies

• Deep expertise in Built-in systems, materials, manufacturing and installation

• Understanding of Built-in market landscape and competitive positioning

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent

• Ability to translate design trends into commercially relevant showroom concepts

• Strong project management — budget, timeline and cross-team coordination

• Leadership capability to inspire, develop and guide a creative team

• Excellent communication and presentation in Thai and English
