Production Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Plan production capacity and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand.

• Monitor inventory levels and minimize SLOB while maintaining optimal stock.

• Ensure on-time delivery and achieve target service levels.

• Coordinate with Production, Supply Planning, Export, Commercial, Warehouse, Logistics, and other related teams to resolve operational issues.

• Analyze data and provide solutions to improve planning efficiency and optimize processes.

• Support substrate preparation for photochromic products.

• Participate in improvement projects and other assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.

• 0–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, or related areas.

• Good command of MS Excel and experience with ERP/SAP is preferred.

• TOEIC 550 or above.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and planning skills.

• Proactive, accountable, adaptable, and a good team player.
