Spa Receptionist

About the role

De Flora Spa in Phuket is seeking an enthusiastic and customer service oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house service to all our guests.

What you'll be doing

1. Welcome and greet all guests with a warm and friendly manner

2. Check guests in and out, process payments, and handle any inquiries or requests

3. Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain the spa's booking system

4. Provide information about our spa services, products, and facilities to guests

5. Ensure the reception area is well-organised and presentable at all times

6. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

7. Maintain a high level of customer service and provide a positive experience for all guests

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally in a spa or hospitality setting

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner

3. Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail

4. Proficient in using computer systems and booking software

5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6. A passion for the spa and wellness industry, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
