Installation Support Engineer (camera install operation)-Max 50K (ID: 710632)

Job Description:

• Provide sales support for construction-related projects and collaborate with the sales team from a technical perspective to help win new business

• Develop construction plans and manage project progress

• Assess optimal installation methods for customers requesting camera installations and propose appropriate camera equipment

• Build and maintain relationships with existing installation contractors, as well as identify, develop, and train new contractors, including providing safety training

• Manage construction quality and operational processes

• Provide maintenance and support after camera installation

• Provide customer support related to camera operations

MUST

• At least 3 years of experience in construction/project management

• Basic knowledge of cloud services, networks, and IoT

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience installing and supporting network equipment and cameras

• Sales experience involving network equipment and cameras

• Have own car which can be used for business purpose
