Work Environment
We are looking for a Site Electrical Engineer - to support efficiently the expansion of our activities in Energy. Your added value, with the support of a team, will be maximize the company’s profitability and client satisfaction. You will evolve in an international environment and work in close coordination with other teams throughout the company to deliver projects at the highest quality standards.
Missions
· Assist in technical oversight of all electrical scopes: PV modules, string combiner boxes, inverters, transformers, SCADA.
· Review and approve electrical construction documents: cable routing drawings, single‐line diagrams, earthing schemes, electrical ITPs, O&M manuals.
· Monitor EPC contractor’s electrical installations; witness and verify inspections and tests (continuity, insulation resistance, polarity).
· Ensure electrical works follow international/national codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
· Coordinate with design and protection engineers to resolve site electrical issues and technical queries.
· Verify completion of electrical milestones; support invoice certification.
· Oversee commissioning tests: string and array performance, inverter functionality, transformer energization, system integration, performance testing.
· Review and validate commissioning reports, test logs, and as‐built documentation.
· Support troubleshooting during performance testing; identify defects and supervise corrective actions.
· Contribute to weekly/monthly site reports on electrical activities.

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
· Minimum 5 years’ in electrical engineering on power generation or large distribution projects.
· At least 2 years in solar PV projects with hands‐on site commissioning experience.
· Fluent in English for technical communication.
· In‐depth understanding of PV plant electrical systems and electrical testing procedures.
· Proficient in interpreting single‐line diagrams, protection schemes, and earthing designs.
· Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills for on‐site troubleshooting.
· Excellent coordination with multidisciplinary teams and clear report writing.
