Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual safety plans and monitor execution.

  • Ensure compliance with local safety laws, company standards, customer requirements, and ISO45001.

  • Conduct workplace safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.

  • Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports with preventive actions.

  • Analyze accident statistics and recommend improvement plans.

  • Organize monthly Safety Committee meetings and act as committee secretary.

  • Coordinate risk assessments (HIRA) with all departments and monitor action plans.

  • Conduct safety training programs and orientation for new employees and contractors.

  • Manage contractor safety control and permit-to-work activities.

  • Coordinate annual employee health check programs with HR.

  • Support SH&E walkthroughs and safety audits across all facilities.

  • Lead safety awareness campaigns to strengthen safety culture.

  • Support Global and APAC safety initiatives and projects.

  • Handle customer safety audits and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

  • Maintain Food Defense verification systems.

  • Support security systems, visitor control, and emergency response coordination.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.

  • Certified Professional Safety Officer (Thai Safety Officer License).

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health and safety within manufacturing environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai safety laws and occupational health regulations.

  • Experience with ISO45001, GMP, HACCP, BRC, Food Safety, OSHA, and related management systems.

  • Good command of English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office and related systems).

  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
