About the role

Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive health, safety, and environmental management plans for construction sites. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards

• Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety procedures and best practices

• Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to HSE performance

• Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide HSE policies and initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in HSE supervision in a construction environment

• Knowledge of local HSE laws and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001)

• Certified in safety-related programs

• Strong communication and leadership skills
