Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the rental spaces (shop, minishop, events) within the shopping center to ensure optimal utilization and tenant satisfaction.

• Identify and recruit both major and minor tenants by analyzing market trends and aligning them with the center's target customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and other stakeholders to ensure long-term 

• Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing excellent service and resolving any issues efficiently.

• Continuously analyze market trends and survey and discover new tenants and emerging brands that align with the shopping center's tenant mix strategy.

• Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective tenants and stores with diverse and appealing offerings to ensure readiness to fill vacant spaces.

• Supervise and track the progress of store decoration and fit-out plans, ensuring tenants adhere to agreed schedules.

• Collect decoration deposits and coordinate with the building management team for space handovers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in leasing with a focus on driving commercial strategies with a preference for candidates who have managed large retail or commercial spaces.

• 1-2 years of property management experience is highly desirable.

• Proven working experience in the retail industry and preferably a relevant background in food or nonfood

• Strong ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

• Extensive knowledge of sales process, leasing agreement and negotiation skills.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.

• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Successfully influencing complex stakeholder relationships and resolving complex problems to business opportunities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good command of both written and spoken English.
