CFO (IPO process only)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in manufacturing, financial leadership, and IPO preparation/listing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid audit background, preferably from a Big 4 or leading audit firm, combined with direct experience managing finance and accounting functions within a manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functions

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and long-term growth plans

• Lead and manage the IPO preparation and listing process, including financial readiness, internal controls, corporate governance, and coordination with external advisors, auditors, legal advisors, and relevant authorities

• Ensure the company meets all SEC, SET, accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements related to the IPO process

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial analysis

• Strengthen financial controls, accounting policies, governance, and risk management to support the company's growth and IPO readiness

• Manage relationships with external auditors, investment bankers, financial advisors, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities

• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, Board of Directors, and senior management to support business decisions and investment strategies

• Oversee cost management, working capital, cash flow, and profitability across manufacturing operations

• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• CPA and CPD licenses are mandatory

• Young energetic person with dynamic style.

• Strong audit background, preferably with experience from a Big 4 or leading international audit firm

• Direct experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory

• Proven experience in leading or actively participating in an IPO / SET listing process

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, internal controls, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including costing, inventory, CAPEX, working capital, and supply-chain-related financial management

• At least 15 years of relevant experience, with significant experience in a senior Finance/Accounting leadership position

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
