Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Remove delivery impediments across all assigned initiatives.

• Shield delivery teams from organizational distractions and competing priorities.

• Select and apply the most appropriate Delivery Excellence (DE) framework for each initiative (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or AI-SDLC) in accordance with standards defined by the Head of Delivery Excellence.

• Manage delivery using the appropriate execution model, including sprints, milestones, releases, or project phases.

• Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team, cross-domain, architecture, security, infrastructure, vendor, and business dependencies.

• Monitor Delivery Excellence KPIs and performance metrics across assigned initiatives.

• Share systemic insights, best practices, and improvement recommendations with the Head of Delivery Excellence within five business days following each review.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years leading IT delivery across multiple initiative types — including at least one large, complex program with multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies

• Hands-on experience with iterative delivery: sprint facilitation, backlog management, velocity tracking, and adaptive planning in a real delivery context — not certification only

• Experience managing delivery across both structured (Waterfall/milestone) and iterative (Agile/sprint) methodologies — able to apply either based on initiative context

• Experience managing stakeholder governance: steering committees, executive status reporting, and sponsor relationship management

• Experience in large enterprise or multi-Business Unit IT organization preferred

• Exposure to AI-SDLC , MLOPS or data product delivery preferred

• Expert facilitation: running sprint , steering committees, retrospectives, and executive reviews that produce decisions — not just discussion

• Coach delivery team members toward self-organization and ownership — reducing dependency on the DM over time rather than creating it
