Software Tester/ QA

Job Description:

- Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Execute manual test cases, identify defects, and document issues with clear and concise descriptions.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that software updates and changes do not introduce new defects.
- Evaluate the user experience and interface of our software to ensure it meets user expectations.
- Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Katalon, Robot Framework is a plus
- Contribute to the development and improvement of test automation frameworks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Manual Testing and/or Test Automation.

• Fresh graduates with outstanding academic records and relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply.

• Experience in Manual Testing and/or Test Automation.

• Experience with API Testing tools (e.g., Postman), Basic SQL, and Version Control systems (e.g., Git).

• Knowledge of Test Case & Test Scenario Design, Test Execution, Defect Reporting, and Regression Testing.
• Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Robot Framework, Python, Java) is a plus.
• Experience with Appium (Mobile Test Automation) and JMeter (Performance Testing) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Fully fluent in Thai with good English proficiency is MANDATORY.
