Penetration Tester / Pentester / Red Teamer

About the role

MAYASEVEN CO., LTD. is seeking a skilled and experienced Penetration Tester / Red Teamer to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Chatuchak, Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and simulating real-world cyber attacks to help our clients and internal systems strengthen their security posture.

What you'll be doing

1. Conducting authorised penetration tests on client networks, systems, applications, and infrastructure

2. Performing vulnerability assessments and security audits across various platforms and technologies

3. Developing and executing comprehensive red team exercises to simulate advanced threat actors and evaluate organisational security controls

4. Identifying, documenting, and reporting security vulnerabilities with clear recommendations for remediation

5. Collaborating with security teams and stakeholders to validate vulnerabilities and track remediation efforts

6. Providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve overall security architecture and practices

7. Proactively develop professional and technical expertise through continuous learning and skill-building, positioning for advancement into higher-impact and leadership-level responsibilities.

What we're looking for

1. Relevant certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), GPEN, or equivalent industry-recognised qualifications

2. Proven experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and red team operations

3. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, web technologies, and common attack vectors

4. Excellent report writing and communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

6. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is advantageous

7. Experience with cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable

8. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or NIST is a plus
