Role Overview

• As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join a small, high-caliber strategic team driving high-impact initiatives across the Group's portfolio. Working directly with Executive Leadership and senior management across portfolio companies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping long-term strategy, identifying growth opportunities, assessing commercial risks, and ensuring the successful execution of key strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Analysis

• Conduct deep-dive financial, commercial, and operational analyses to evaluate performance and identify value-creation opportunities across portfolio companies.
• Formulate objective, data-driven strategic recommendations for Group Leadership and subsidiary executives.
• Evaluate market trends, competitive landscapes, emerging business models, and strategic risks/opportunities to guide investment and operational strategy.

Strategic Project Execution & Initiatives

• Lead and support critical strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and operational enhancements from inception to execution.
• Turn complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and ensure structured follow-through on implementation.
• Intervene in complex business issues proactively, providing structured problem-solving and actionable solutions.

Stakeholder Management & Alignment

• Build trusted, collaborative relationships with senior leadership and management teams across all portfolio companies.
• Act as a bridge between Group Leadership and subsidiary operations to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution.
• Facilitate strategic discussions and present findings clearly to key executive stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Experience & Background

• 3–5 years of experience in Management/Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Analysis, CEO/Chairman's Office, Investment Analysis, or a similar high-performing environment.
• Exposure across diversified industries (e.g., consumer, technology, services, manufacturing) is welcome; adaptability and ability to enter different businesses quickly are prioritized over specific sector expertise.

Key Skills & Abilities

• Analytical & Financial Rigor: Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modeling, and data-driven reasoning skills.
• Execution Focus: Proven ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations and manage execution through to measurable outcomes.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear executive summaries.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent or highly proficient in both Thai and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus, but not required.

Education & Personal Attributes

• Education: Strong academic background. An MBA is a plus, but not necessary.
• Mindset & Style: Highly organized, curious, commercially minded, confident, and proactive.
• Adaptability: Exceptional relationship-building capability, high initiative, and sound commercial judgment.

Working Conditions & Compensation

• Work Arrangement: Primarily office-based at the headquarters in Bangkok to foster close collaboration with Group Leadership and portfolio teams (with flexibility where appropriate).
• Compensation: Competitive monthly salary range of THB 150,000 – THB 180,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications, with flexibility for exceptional candidates).
