Key Account Executive – Online

- Support Key Account Managers in day-to-day activities across online customers and E-commerce platforms.

- Follow up on agreed Marketing activities, develop timelines tracking, and commercial activities.

- Manage premium process and premium stock adjustment and also coordinate with relate parties both internal and external (1-2 times / Month)

- Coordinate with customers on invoice and recheck document and expense (1time / month)

- Assist KAMs in preparing data and materials for customer meetings and internal business reviews.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve team processes and ways of working.

- Coordinate with Customer Marketing / Marketing Service to manage product packshot adjustment and filing in folders by platfrom types.

- Monitor product availability, online visibility, promotional execution, and content accuracy across assigned platforms.

- Support KAMs in DME / AP / SAP Process, tracking budgets, promotional spending, and related documentation.

- To coordinate with accounting on budget, invoices and expenses (1-2 time / month)

- To prepare WBS document to match with invoice, work on accrue and also open PO and request to produce require tasks (1 time / month)

Qualification

• Degree in business administration of Finance or Marketing (Other relate fields will be considered if experience is strong)

• 0–2 years of experience in Accounting, Key Account, E-commerce, Commercial, Marketing, or related function

• Interest in E-commerce, digital commerce, and customer management.

• Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable taking increasing ownership.

• Capable in speaking, reading and writing both Thai and English. And also willingness to increase capability.
