Senior Product Owner Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to join our Platform Delivery Management team and drive product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery across digital platforms.

Key Responsibility:

• Define and execute product roadmap, vision, and priorities aligned with business strategy and OKRs.

• Own and continuously optimize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and ROI.

• Act as a key bridge between Business, Technology, Engineering, and Operations teams.

• Lead requirements definition, user stories, solution alignment, and feature delivery from concept through launch.

• Drive data-driven product decisions using customer insights, product analytics, and performance metrics.

• Ensure product quality through UAT, validation, release readiness, and post-launch performance tracking.

• Mentor and support junior Product Managers / Business Analysts.
  

Key Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Digital Product, or Platform Delivery.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of digital platforms, mobile applications, API integrations, data, and system architecture.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, user story mapping, backlog prioritization, and problem solving.

• Strong business mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable digital solutions.
