Supply Chain Manager – Yupi Thailand

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end supply chain operations for Yupi Thailand, working closely with Yupi HQ and manufacturing teams in Indonesia, local distributors, logistics partners, and potential OEM suppliers in Thailand and overseas. The role will ensure effective demand and supply planning, inventory management, importation, order fulfillment, and logistics operations while supporting Yupi's growing and complex product portfolio in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations for Yupi Thailand, from demand planning and ordering through shipment, importation, and delivery to distributor.

• Work closely with Yupi HQ and manufacturing teams in Indonesia on production planning, product availability, purchase orders, shipment schedules, and supply priorities.

• Coordinate closely with the local distributor on forecasts, inventory levels, purchase orders, inbound shipments, and product availability.

• Monitor inventory and proactively manage out-of-stock, overstock, slow-moving, and ageing inventory.

• Coordinate international shipments, freight forwarders, customs clearance, warehousing, and local logistics operations.

• Ensure proper shipment planning and documentation, with a good working understanding of Incoterms and import processes.

• Manage and monitor SAP transactions and supply chain data, ensuring accuracy of orders, inventory, and relevant operational information.

• Support the S&OP / forecasting process and provide regular updates on supply status, inventory risks, and key operational issues.

• Track key supply chain KPIs including forecast accuracy, service level, inventory days, on-time delivery, and logistics costs.

• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, cost efficiency, stock management, and operational effectiveness.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Logistics, or related functions, preferably within FMCG, food, confectionery, or consumer goods industries.

• At least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role with responsibility for supply chain operations.

• Proven experience managing a complex product portfolio of more than 100 SKUs.

• Strong experience in demand planning, inventory management, order management, and logistics coordination.

• Hands-on experience managing international shipments and importation, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers.

• Good basic understanding of Incoterms, international freight, and import/export processes.

• Hands-on experience using SAP for supply chain, inventory, purchasing, or order management.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with HQ and international partners.

• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
