Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing and selecting quality suppliers, both local and international, negotiating the best possible prices and terms, and issuing purchase orders to support all departments—especially the production team. The key objective is to help the company achieve cost savings while maintaining quality and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• PR&PO issue and amendment price (Monthly, Quarterly).

• Forecast providing to suppliers with foresee the trend.

• Price negotiate & Cost saving activities.

• Handle all commercial issues, i.e. Price, T/C, and Payment.

• Material crisis delivery handle.

• Quality issue and Cost of poor quality feedback to supplier.

• Supplier performance evaluation.

• Capacity review and allocation.

• Proceed any project concerned.

• Supplier annual audit & RBA improvement.

• Handle 4M change from supplier.

• Support Cost Down activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in purchasing or procurement.

• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

TOEIC score of 450 or above is required.
