CFO (Chief Financial Officer)

About the role

Chacha Thai Limited is looking for an experienced, commercially focused CFO to lead the finance function of a growing organic food manufacturing company. The candidate should have strong manufacturing finance experience, with expertise in costing, working capital, financial planning, controls, compliance, and business performance. Experience in food, FMCG, agriculture, or organic products is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a strong finance team and promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and financial discipline.

• Lead the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.

• Provide financial insights to management on profitability, pricing, investments, expansion, and cost optimization.

• Develop robust manufacturing costing and monitor product/SKU profitability, yields, wastage, production efficiency, and overheads.

• Manage working capital, cash flow, inventory, receivables, payables, and seasonal raw-material procurement.

• Strengthen financial controls across procurement, inventory, production, sales, payments, and cash.

• Manage banking relationships, financing, treasury, and capital requirements.

• Partner with procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales teams to improve margins, efficiency, and cash generation.

• Lead finance transformation, including ERP, automation, reporting, and process improvements.

About you

• 10+ years of finance experience, including senior finance leadership.

• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture, organic food, or consumer products is highly preferred.

• CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, costing, budgeting, working capital, cash flow, inventory, tax, audit, treasury, ERP, and management reporting.

• Commercially minded, analytical, hands-on, ethical, and capable of working closely with operational teams.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
