Data Ops Specialist

Job Summary:

As a DataOps Specialist, you will be instrumental in automating and optimizing the data pipeline lifecycle. You’ll ensure data pipelines are built with reliability, scalability, and observability while supporting delivery teams with CI/CD, testing, and monitoring solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data pipelines and analytics models.

• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Implement and manage pipeline version control and environment promotion processes.

• Assist in building reusable templates and standards for DataOps practices.

• Integrate data quality checks and alerts in pipeline development.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, DevOps, or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with pipeline orchestration tools

• Proficient in CI/CD tooling (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitLab).

• Understanding of data pipeline monitoring and observability concepts.

• Familiarity with scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure).

• Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
