Junior System Engineer – Endpoint Solutions

Job Summary

รับผิดชอบสนับสนุนงานด้าน Endpoint Management & Endpoint Security Solutions โดยเน้นการดูแลอุปกรณ์ Apple ผ่าน Jamf รวมถึงการติดตั้ง ตั้งค่า แก้ไขปัญหา และให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้า ทำงานร่วมกับ Presales, Sales และ Senior Engineer เพื่อส่งมอบ Solution และบริการหลังการขายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation & Configuration

ติดตั้งและ Configure ระบบ Jamf Pro / Jamf School / Jamf Connect / Jamf Protect ตาม Scope ของโครงการ

สนับสนุนการทำ Device Enrollment, Configuration Profile, Application Deployment และ Policy Management

Configure และทดสอบการทำงานร่วมกับ Apple Business Manager (ABM)

สนับสนุนการทำ Automated Device Enrollment และ Zero-Touch Deployment

จัดเตรียม Test Environment / Demo Environment สำหรับการทดสอบ Solution

2. Technical Support

ให้ Technical Support เบื้องต้นแก่ลูกค้าที่ใช้งาน Jamf และ Endpoint Solutions

Troubleshoot ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ macOS, iOS, iPadOS และ Device Management

วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเบื้องต้นและ Escalate ไปยัง Senior Engineer หรือ Vendor Support เมื่อจำเป็น

ติดตามและ Update สถานะ Technical Case จนสามารถแก้ไขหรือปิด Case ได้

3. Project & Customer Support

ทำงานร่วมกับ Senior Engineer ในการ Implement Project ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

สนับสนุน Presales ในการทำ Demo / POC (Proof of Concept)

สนับสนุนการทำ Site Survey และเก็บ Requirement ทาง Technical จากลูกค้า

ให้คำแนะนำเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับ Best Practice ในการบริหารจัดการ Endpoint

สนับสนุนงานหลังการขายและ Adoption เพื่อให้ลูกค้าสามารถใช้งาน Solution ได้เต็มประสิทธิภาพ

4. Documentation

จัดทำ Installation Guide, Configuration Document และ Technical Documentation

จัดทำ Project Handover และ As-Built Document

บันทึกปัญหา วิธีการแก้ไข และ Knowledge Base สำหรับใช้งานภายในทีม

จัดทำ Technical Checklist สำหรับการติดตั้งและ Support

5. Learning & Certification

ศึกษาและพัฒนาความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Apple Platform, Jamf และ Endpoint Management

เรียนรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Identity, Security, Network และ Cloud ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Endpoint

เข้าร่วม Training และสอบ Certification ตาม Career Development Plan ของบริษัท

ติดตาม Technology และ Feature ใหม่ของ Apple, Jamf และ Endpoint Security Solutions

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรีด้าน Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ประสบการณ์ 0–2 ปี เหมาะสำหรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ที่สนใจงาน System Engineer

มีพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับ macOS, iOS, Windows หรือ Mobile Device Management จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

มีพื้นฐาน Network เช่น TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN และ Wi-Fi

มีความสนใจด้าน Endpoint Management, Cybersecurity และ Apple Enterprise

สามารถเรียนรู้ Technology ใหม่และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ

สามารถสื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าและทีมงานได้ดี

สามารถอ่าน Technical Documentation ภาษาอังกฤษได้
