1. New Model and Mass Production (รับ 1 ตำแหน่ง)

• Process design, FMEA and Control plan implementation with APQA team

• Design/Planning/Order/Review tooling and equipment

• Trial fine condition, confirm, LVPT and Keep stock for tooling and equipment that Order from SRK group and Mold making In-House

• Summary trial data, problem, and countermeasure for initial part

• Process improvement, Cycle time and line balancing

• Training and evaluation about New Machine, New Part, Pokayoke, Jig to production before mass production

• Analysis/Countermeasure for NG reduction for Initial part to achieve sign off KPI 

• Cost Down & Capacity Planning

1. Develop and Innovation (รับ 1 ตำแหน่ง)

• Develop and Innovate production process to support pilot and mass production lines

• Develop company project, AMR/AGV, IoT, Dx systems, new innovation

• Prepare machine specifications for new Equipment purchases and existing machine upgrades

• New machine making, installation, trial and evaluation schedule control (New model / Mass production)

• Control machine purchasing, installation, commissioning, testing, tuning and performance evaluation

• Manage factory layout modifications, production line relocation and new line installation projects

• Monitor, update and report project progress 

Document control

• Control and update about Standard, control plan, FMEA, W/S

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer (Electrical / Industrial / Mechanical / Manufacturing) or any related field

• Experience in production engineer 1-3 years up

• Knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing process, IATF 16949

• Knowledge of Machine control systems and industrial automation, Core tool

• Knowledge of AMR/AGV, IoT, Dx systems, Robot, Lean

• Good skill and Ability to use PCL systems (Keyence, Mitsubishi), Auto Cad, SolidWorks or related engineer software

• Good Analytical think, problem-saving and project management skills

• Good in English Language skill for technical coordination and reporting
