Procurement & Operations Support

Responsibility

1. Procurement

• Source, negotiate, and procure raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and services to support daily operations and production requirements.

• Compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead time, and commercial conditions to achieve the best value for the company.

• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery.

• Verify product quality, quantity, specifications, and supporting documents upon delivery.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while continuously monitoring supplier performance.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support procurement initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and food safety requirements.

2. Operations Support

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging to ensure sufficient stock for production while minimizing excess inventory.

• Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Planning, Sales, Quality Assurance, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare purchasing, inventory, supplier performance, and cost analysis reports for management.

• Support production planning by ensuring material availability aligns with customer demand and production schedules.

• Resolve procurement, supply, and delivery issues to minimize operational disruptions.

• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and ensure all purchasing records are complete and up to date.

• Support continuous improvement projects related to procurement processes, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and administrative skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Experience using the TR Cloud system will be an advantage.

• Experience in purchasing for the restaurant or food & beverage industry will be an advantage.

• Ability to communicate in English and China will be an advantage.
